ABOUT

Hi, I am Nischal, an aspiring UX/UI/Product designer currently based in London. I studied Computer Information Systems to be a systems analyst but completely fell in love with Human-Computer Interaction and design along the way.

It started with Don Norman’s book, Design of Everyday Things, when my perspective on everything around me started to change. It made me appreciate the thoughts and effort behind objects that I always took for granted.

The more I learned about the field, the more it resonated with me and inspired me to pursue this career path wholeheartedly. Special thanks to High Resolution, UI Breakfast Podcast, Julie Zhou, Pablo Stanley, My final year project, and countless Medium articles.

As a designer, I want to help design and create a meaningful future where technology empowers humans, and humans enhance technology to better the world.

I am a TCK, born in Hong Kong to Nepalese parents and... legally British. Besides coming up with answers to 'Where are you from?', I like to travel with purpose, listen to podcasts, play basketball, try interesting food and watch an unhealthy amount of Korean TV shows.
